Clear guidelines for refunds on our budget deviation analysis programs and services

Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes our budget deviation analysis programs might not meet your specific needs. That's why we've created a straightforward refund policy that protects your investment while ensuring fair use of our educational resources.

Program Cancellation

Full refund available if you cancel within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the course materials. This gives you time to explore the initial content and decide if the program fits your needs.

Technical Issues

If persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing course content for more than 5 business days, despite our support team's assistance, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of completion status.

Content Mismatch

When course content significantly differs from the advertised curriculum, you can request a refund within 30 days of enrollment. We'll review your specific case and work toward a fair resolution.

Please Note

Refunds are not available for completed programs where certificates have been issued, or when course materials have been downloaded in their entirety. We also cannot process refunds for programs cancelled after the midpoint completion.

We'll review your account within 2-3 business days to verify eligibility, check completion status, and ensure the request meets our policy guidelines. You'll receive a confirmation email during this process.

Approval Decision

Once reviewed, we'll notify you of our decision via email. If approved, we'll begin processing your refund immediately. If denied, we'll explain the reasons and offer alternative solutions.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. The timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Processing Timeframes

Different payment methods have varying processing times. Here's what you can expect based on how you originally paid:

3-5 Days

Credit Cards

Refunds to Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards typically process within 3-5 business days after approval.

5-7 Days

Debit Cards

Debit card refunds may take slightly longer, usually appearing in your account within 5-7 business days.

7-10 Days

Bank Transfers

Direct bank transfers and wire payments typically take 7-10 business days to process completely.

Digital Wallets

PayPal and other digital wallet refunds are usually the fastest, processing within 2-3 business days.

Keep in mind that weekends and holidays don't count as business days. If your refund takes longer than expected, contact your bank or payment provider first, as they sometimes have additional processing requirements.

We recognize that unique situations sometimes require flexible solutions. Here are some special circumstances we consider:

Medical Emergencies

Serious illness or medical emergencies that prevent program completion may qualify for refunds beyond our standard timeframe. Documentation from healthcare providers is required.

Military Deployment

Active military personnel facing unexpected deployment can receive full refunds regardless of completion status. Valid military orders must be provided as documentation.

Family Hardship

Significant family emergencies or financial hardships are reviewed case-by-case. We work with students to find solutions that might include refunds, deferrals, or payment plans.

Partial Refunds

Sometimes a full refund isn't appropriate, but partial refunds make sense based on your situation:

Mid-Program Withdrawal: If you withdraw after completing 20-50% of the program, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining unused portion.

Module-Based Programs: For programs with distinct modules, we can calculate refunds based on unused modules, minus any completed sections and administrative fees.

Group Programs: Individual withdrawals from group coaching programs may qualify for partial refunds based on remaining sessions and resource access.

Administrative Fees

A $25 administrative fee applies to all refund requests to cover processing costs and platform fees. This fee is deducted from the refund amount and helps us maintain our support operations.
